I came to sound healing in a bid to quiet my mind and soothe my anxiety. Like so many others, I hoped to find some peace and release from our world, which can be fast and relentless. Over time, the sound of the gong became synonymous with release and relief.

I’m a certified gong practitioner passionate about using sound as a tool for healing and transformation. I am also a Yoga Teacher, and love to bring gentle movements, meditation, and breathwork into my Gong Baths.

I create immersive experiences that guide participants into deep states of relaxation, clarity, and balance. My sessions are rooted in the belief that sound has the power to restore harmony within the body - but also in the mind. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, I invite you to experience the profound effects of sound healing through the gong.
